Our leadership is hard at work updating PPM as an organization.  There are big things coming in the near future.  A new website, a new marketing plan, and new benefits for our members along with closer integration with GLIP.

It's hard work changing the look and plan of an organization that has been around for a long time but times are changing quickly  It's time for a new look and new approach to PPM.  We hope that our members will appreciate the changes in our annual convention and approach to continuing education for the benefit of their careers.

Don't miss out on the 2012 Fall Seminar being held at the Holiday Inn located in Spring Lake, MI.

This year's programming will begin on Sunday, October 7th at 4:00pm on the beach at the Grand Haven state park.  We will be covering senior portraits on the beach (posing and lighting).

From 6:00pm-8:00pm we will head a little further down the beach and check out the awesome Lighthouse and photographing the lighthouse at sunset.

8:00pm-10:00pm... don't miss out on the fun at the local restaurant, 22 Below!  Join us for hor' devours and one round of drinks (thanks to Allied Imaging Lab).  22 Below has great dinner options so if you would like to fill your tummy, please feel free to order diner on your own.  We will also be awarding prizes from the 2012 Shoot It/Show It Print Competition and showing a slideshow from this year's PPM Presents programs!

The night's not over yet.... we have one more program for ya!  Matt and Jodi Jarka will cover off camera flash for a City Lights photo safari from 10:00pm-11:30pm.  Bring your camera and OCF as they show you some cool techniques using their senior model.

And just in case you wanted to simply kick back and relax after 22 Below, you can join us for a bon fire at the hotel!

Sunday morning there will be a church service held from 8:30am-9:00am.

Registration and print competition drop off will be Sunday morning from 8:30am-9:00am.  This year's print categories are:  Senior, Family, Children, Landscape, Wedding/Event, and Open.  Registration is $5 per images.  General membership voting will open till 1:00pm Sunday so make sure you stop in to cast your vote!

Christie Klein will kick off our Sunday morning programing at 9:00am talking about baby portraits.  Posing, Safety and more!

There will be a general membership meeting from 11:00am-11:30am and lunch from 11:30-1:00pm.  (Make sure you stop in to vote for your favorite images for the print competition!)

Our last program of the day will be covering workflow and more in Lightroom.  We will end the day with our Awards Ceremony and wrap up meeting!

Please note this is a tentative schedule and is subject to change.
